Science of Rockets
Propulsion and aerodynamics are the two key aspects that underpin the
operation of a rocket. These aspects can be explored and modelled safely

easily altered, and pressurized air is used to expel water from the rocket, thus propelling the rocket forward.
Students will develop skills of scientific inquiry: identifying independent and
dependent variables; hypothesizing; assessing risk and conducting
experiments; collating data; identifying relationships between variables.
